I started working with Chris to rehab my bad hip. Initially, I was only interested in learning stretches and exercises that would strengthen my hip and enable me to run comfortably again. As I progressed through the program, I learned not only how to strengthen my hip, but how to strengthen my entire body. Chris also helped me understand which foods my body "likes" and which foods my body needs to function efficiently.
Chris Brady is a great trainer and even more. He is a focused and organized strength coach as well as a specialist in corrective exercise. Chris pays very close attention to form and easily makes adjustments to accommodate any injuries or imbalances so that I can get the most out of each training session.
I see him on a weekly basis and have seen and felt the results after just a few sessions! I highly recommend working with Chris Brady if you want to get results that last!

Complete Body Balance by Chris Brady is the unfolding of his life’s work; he practices what he preaches and encourages the fitness of one’s whole being. For me, there has been no body transformation without mental transformation. Complete Body Balance is a great environment to excel from whatever stage you are with your training. With Chris as my trainer for several years, I have endless gratitude for his support, particularly his example of patience and perseverance, which has been a rock. I've made progressive gains in my strength and endurance; we have also completely overhauled my ignorant views of nutrition with an educated understanding of whole foods.
